Delivery
UK Deliveries
We aim to post your purchase within 3-4 working days from the day you place your order. All items are dispatched using Royal Mail and are always sent first class by recorded delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Free UK delivery on any orders weighing under 2Kg.
Shipping costs on orders over 2Kg will be applied at checkout.
International shipping
Please contact me directly by email (katieiacovou@gmail.com) before placing an order for delivery outside the UK, regarding shipping costs.
International customers are advised to get in touch with their local authorities in case of specific custom or import duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Katie Iacovou Ceramics does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs.
Returns
We do not offer refunds but if you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Any exchange would be for goods of an equal value.
Please inform me before returning any work which must be sent back using all of the original packaging and packed with the same level of care with which it was delivered to you. Katie Iacovou Ceramics is not responsible for the return postage, this is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the work has been returned I will contact you. However, if any item appears to have been used, marked or damaged an exchange will not be possible.
When you return any ceramic goods, please retain proof of posting. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fails to reach us.
Please note Sale items and custom items cannot be refunded.
Damages
All items dispatched are wrapped carefully by myself and double boxed using bubble wrap to prevent any movement.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged, a full refund will be given. An image is requested of items that have been broken in transit. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receipt of items.
